Freepik offers a 30-day refund guarantee. If not completely satisfied with the services, a full refund can be requested within 30 days from the purchase date, given that no resources have been downloaded from Freepik.com or from Flaticon.com. The refund can be requested via the contact form (selecting: Queries about Premium subscription/Refund/Current invoice) from the email address linked to the Premium account. Only the refund of the current billing period can be requested. Previous payments cannot be refunded. The refund request should be sent from the email address linked to the Freepik account to authorize it. If possible, include the payment ID to complete the process as quickly as possible. If the email address linked to the subscription is forgotten, provide the following details to find the payment: Last 4 digits of the card used for the payment, expiry date on the card, exact date of the payment.
