Freepik offers a 30-day refund guarantee. If not completely satisfied with the services, a full refund can be requested within 30 days from the purchase date, given that no resources have been downloaded from Freepik.com or from Flaticon.com. The refund can be requested via the contact form (selecting: Queries about Premium subscription/Refund/Current invoice) from the email address linked to the Premium account. Only the refund of the current billing period can be requested. Previous payments cannot be refunded.
